Anatoliy Volodymyrovych Peshko — is advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Politician, Candidate of Medicine, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Academician and Vice President of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Founder of a number of commercial establishments “UkrInterComplex”, “UkrComplexGroup”, “UkrRosEnergy”, “UkrInvestComplex”, “Nadbuzhzhya plus” LLP. == Biography == Born on February 12, 1963 in Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr region, in the family of doctors. Lives in Ukraine since 1963. In 1980 he finished Zhytomyr school # 3 with a gold medal. In 1986 he graduated from Kyiv Medical University with honors, and was elected a holder of Lenin educational scholarship. Then he worked and studied in clinical internship and postgraduate school of medical education of Kyiv Medical University. In 1990 he defended his PhD thesis in medicine on a topic “Correlation between dysimmunity and derangement of reparative processes with patients suffering from nonspecific inflammatory bowel disorders and their correction using T – activin” by specialty 14.00.05 – internal medicine. From 1990 to 1992 he worked as an assistant in the department of internal diseases # 1 of Kyiv Medical University. During this time he prepared 2/3 of his doctoral thesis, but due to financial difficulties he abandoned medicine and took up business. Since 1992 – to the present, he heads commercial enterprises, including: Industrial and Commercial Company “UkrInterComplex”, Industrial and Commercial Company “UkrComplexGroup”, Industrial and Commercial Company “UkrRosEnergy”, Industrial and Commercial Company “UkrInvestComplex”, “Nadbuzhzhya plus” LLP (agro-industrial enterprise, which deals with seed farming, plant cultivation, stud farm for cattle breeding, beekeeping, processing production, brick manufacture). In 1997 he completed training and was awarded a qualification as an expert on securities trading. Military rank: Lieutenant of medical service reserve, title of honour – Lieutenant General of Cossack Troops Ukraine. In 1998 he was awarded the Medal of Zhukov. He graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management by specialty “Banking”, and received qualification of an economist. In 1999 he defended his doctoral thesis on a topic: “State regulation of business in the period of transition to market economy” by specialty “Economics”, and was awarded a degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences. From 1994 to 1999 he worked as the Freelance Advisor to the First Deputy and then to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council) of Ukraine. In 2001 at a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences he was elected () the Corresponding Member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine by specialty “Finance”. In 2002 at a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine he was elected the Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. In 2002 he was awarded the Medal “10 years of Armed Forces of Ukraine”. Since 2005 he began to work as the Advisor at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine again. In 2005 at a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine he was elected the Vice President and Head of Kyiv Regional Department of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. In 2005 for his advertency to religious merits and help to sick children and elderly people he was awarded the Order of St. Agapito Cave of the II rank, Medal of St. Vladimir, the Nativity of Christ Order and numerous certificates of honour issued by different state, public and religious institutions, as well as kindergartens, secondary schools, boarding-schools. In 2006, he was appointed the Advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – O. O. Moroz. He has worked and continues to work on the development and implementation of important state economic and social laws, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and various state programs. He has over 100 publications, including 4 monographs in economic and medical branches. Since 2007 he is an analyst of the First Business Channel, the journal “People's Deputy”, member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine. In 2008 he was appointed the Assistant – Consultant of the People's Deputy of Ukraine – Yuschenko P.A. In 2008 he was appointed the Adviser to the Kyiv Mayor – L.M.Chernovetskyi. In 2009 he was awarded the Gold Medal of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, winner of the Prize “Independence”. In 2010 he was appointed the Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine – M.Ya. Azarov. By the decision of the Presidium of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine dated May 11, 2012, Peshko Anatoliy Volodymyrovych was awarded the Gold Medal named after M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky for his considerable personal contribution to the development of economic and scientific-technical sphere and active social activities for the benefit and development of Ukraine. By the decision of the Presidium of the Academy of Social Management dated March 27, 2012 # 64, Peshko Anatoliy Volodymyrovych was awarded the Order of Prince Konstantin Ostrozkyi for his outstanding achievements in social sphere development, charitable activities and active participation in the implementation of social policy in Ukraine. By the decision of the Presidium of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine dated September 14, 2012 Peshko Anatoliy Volodymyrovych was awarded the Medal named after first President of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine M.
